Havana • Qatar Chairman of the National Council for Culture, Art and Heritage Sheikh Mishaal bin Jassem bin Mohamed Al Thani has signed with Cuban Culture Minister Abel Prieto the first executive programme of the cooperation agreement between the council and the Cuban Culture Ministry. The two sides held a meeting during which they exchanged views on relations of cultural cooperation between the two countries. The Cuban side expressed readiness to participate in cultural activities in Qatar particularly the Doha annual cultural festival and Doha international book fair.
